Reduced fees may apply for clients with specific, legitimate needs in regards to privacy and scheduling.

Payment and Insurance

Cash, check or credit cards are accepted for payment which is expected at the time of every service. Credit cards are accepted through IvyPay. You will receive an invoice after each session which provides the information needed to submit a claim if you are covered by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

I am in network with Aetna, Optum and Cigna and am out of network with all other carriers.

Sessions may be re-imbursed in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan only if you have out-of-network benefits. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
